The restaurant’s name, a variation of the Mexican word for “grilled,” perfectly encapsulates its culinary ethos: a dedication to the art of grilling. From succulent steaks to flavorful lamb, Asaderos offers a variety of grilled delicacies. What truly sets the restaurant apart, however, is its three-part menu that caters to diverse palates. It includes grilled meats, a selection of traditional favorites like taco salads and fajitas, and an array of Chukis’ signature dishes.

With a profound love for food and a wealth of experience in the restaurant business, Valenzuela envisions Asaderos as more than just a place to eat. It’s a multifaceted dining experience where the sizzle of grilled delights harmonizes with the comforting allure of familiar classics. Germantown residents can look forward to a unique experience at Asaderos in 2024.
