According to recent permits filed with the city, Cold Stone Creamery will open its first Cordova location at 2323 N Germantown Pkwy, Suite 103, taking over a 1,600-square-foot restaurant space near Nothing Bundt Cakes.

Franchisee Nazmi Abdallah told What Now Memphis that he’s still searching for the perfect spot in Germantown, with Poplar Ave looking promising. The closest current Cold Stone is in Conway, Arkansas.

Known for its custom ice cream creations made on frozen granite stones, the Scottsdale, Arizona-based ice cream parlor boasts more than 1,000 locations across the country. In addition to its famous ice cream, the shop offers shakes, cakes, smoothies, cupcakes, and pies.

If all goes according to plan, Abdallah said that the Cordova Cold Stone Creamery will open in January 2025.
