A new burger joint is gearing up to make its mark in Memphis.
Fat Boys Burgers and More will soon debut at 2659 N Hollywood St, taking over the former Pro Donuts location.
Owner Allen Evans Jr., who also operates The Taste of Breakfast and Burgers just down the street, told What Now Memphis that the eatery will offer a variety of soul food dishes in addition to its namesake burgers.
Diners can expect options like catfish plates, pasta dishes, and Philly cheesesteaks served throughout the day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The restaurant will operate Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., remaining closed on Sundays. The cozy dining space will accommodate up to eight guests with four tables, while takeout and third-party delivery services will also be available.
Fat Boys Burgers and More is tentatively scheduled to open in January 2025.
