The downtown establishment is all set to transform into a vibrant taco cantina, complete with an enticing array of fresh menu offerings and a brand-new, soon-to-be-revealed name. Ramirez is optimistic that the new name will be finalized by the week’s end. Amidst the hustle and bustle of renovations, the team is diligently working on securing the necessary liquor licenses.

The ongoing renovations include the addition of a new patio and the construction of a fence, with Ramirez estimating a completion date of one month. Stay tuned for the unveiling of a revamped Happy Mexican that promises a fresh dining experience.
