However, the newest Happy Mexican, situated at 1231 N Germantown Pkwy in Cordova, continues to operate during regular hours.
The downtown establishment is all set to transform into a vibrant taco cantina, complete with an enticing array of fresh menu offerings and a brand-new, soon-to-be-revealed name. Ramirez is optimistic that the new name will be finalized by the week’s end. Amidst the hustle and bustle of renovations, the team is diligently working on securing the necessary liquor licenses.
