East Memphis pho enthusiasts will soon have a new spot to indulge in their favorite soup.
According to recent permits filed with Develop901, I Love Pho is coming to 567 Perkins Extd, in the former One & Only BBQ space. Owner Johnny Chen confirmed this development with What Now Memphis, promising to share more details soon.
Although specifics are currently limited, patrons can anticipate a menu featuring the beloved Vietnamese soup made with broth, rice noodles, fresh herbs, and various meat options. Additionally, I Love Pho will likely offer a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes such as spring rolls, vermicelli noodles, fried rice, and lemongrass tofu.
