Recent permits filed with Develop901 indicate that construction will soon kick off for Just Love Coffee Cafe at 2035 Madison Ave in Midtown. The ground-up, three-story establishment will span 2,014 square feet and accommodate up to 43 patrons, with an estimated project cost of $300,000.
Just Love Coffee Cafe’s story dates back to 2009 when founders Rob and Emily Webb embarked on a life-changing journey to Ethiopia to meet their newly adopted children. Witnessing the financial hurdles of adoption, Rob combined his love for hand-roasted coffee with a commitment to support families navigating the adoption process, and Just Love was officially born in 2011.
Aside from an array of hand-crafted, artisan coffee beverages, Just Love Coffee Cafe boasts a menu featuring classic breakfast staples and light bites. Expect to find favorites like breakfast tacos, avocado toast, waffles, cinnamon rolls, and grilled cheese at the forthcoming location.
True to its original mission, the company actively hosts and participates in fundraising opportunities and charity events. Franchisee Quinton Thompson was unavailable for immediate comment, so keep an eye out for further updates as construction commences at the Midtown site.
