A local wing restaurant is gearing up for expansion.
The Crazy Coop will soon debut its third location at Hu. Hotel in Downtown Memphis, taking over the former Hu. Diner space at 79 Madison Ave.
Additionally, owner Darius Buckner told Memphis Business Journal that he will be managing the boutique hotel’s food services through his catering company.
Buckner opened the original Stage Rd eatery in February 2023, followed by a second “express” location on Ridgeway Rd two months later.
The Crazy Coop offers over 30 flavors of party, boneless, and whole wings, as well as sandwiches, sides, dinner plates, chicken tenders, hamburgers, and more.
If everything goes according to plan, The Crazy Coop will open in Downtown Memphis by August 2, 2024.
