Juiced What You Needed is set to open at 546 S Main St, according to recent city permits. Ti-Pei Feng, who co-owns the business with his wife, Stephanie, told What Now Memphis that the juice bar is currently undergoing renovations.

For the better part of the year, the Fengs have been popping up at various farmers’ markets, offering vibrant Juiced flavors like Strawberry Basil, Berry Mint, and Pineapple Jalapeño. The couple also runs Memphis AF Burrito, a traveling burrito cart serving unique Memphis-style BBQ burritos and scratch-made mole.

In a recent social media post, the Fengs announced that the brick-and-mortar location will offer the same “thoughtfully crafted beverages” that fans of their pop-up have come to love.

The menu will also include fresh nut milks, smoothies, pressed juices, and a variety of scratch-made dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options.

The Fengs noted that they’ll have more details about the opening next week when construction resumes, so stay tuned for updates.
