A new burger spot is coming soon to northeast Memphis.
Slap Burger will debut in the Wolfchase Galleria food court at 2760 N Germantown Pkwy. Owner Yvonne Crawford and her husband will oversee operations at the eatery.
Although the menu is still being finalized, Crawford said that shoppers can look forward to wings, fries, hot dogs, and other casual American eats alongside the namesake “slap burgers.”
Slap burgers are a type of smash burger, made by pressing ground beef onto a hot griddle to form a thin, flavorful patty.
While an exact grand opening date hasn’t been set, Crawford hopes to welcome guests to Slap Burger within the next few weeks. For the latest updates, follow the eatery on Instagram, @slapburger.inc.
