Eat With Us Group and Table 100 Group are coming together to open Mississippi’s second location in the parking lot of the West Main Shopping Center sometime in early 2024, according to Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal. The two groups plan to build several more locations. Super Chix is also working on opening in Birmingham, AL; Boiling Springs, SC; Charlotte, NC; Chesapeake, VA; and Farragut, TN.

“We were approached by Bill Latham [of Table 100 Group], and he’s been [with] a lot of different restaurants,” Bernard Bean, the CEO of the Eat With Us Group, tells the Daily Journal. “He was a Five Guys franchisee at one time, and Super Chix was created by a former Five Guys guy.”

When this location opens early next year, customers can expect premium chicken options that are fresh, never frozen, and either grilled or fried to order. On top of the chicken tenders and sandwiches, the restaurant offers hand-cut fries, fresh salads, and in-store churned, hand-dipped, premium frozen custard. Super Chix currently has one location in Flowood, MS. This will be the first location near the greater Memphis area.

“Well, you know our company is really big on Crosstown and downtown and midtown,” Bean said. “There obviously are a lot of other chicken options in the mall area, and we just felt like this area didn’t have a fast-casual concept like Super Chix has offering a premium product. We really feel like the midtown area was a great place to be.”
