Rock N’ Roll Sushi, a popular restaurant chain with locations at 2886 Wolf Creek Pkwy and 9155 Poplar Ave #19, is set for a major makeover. The new franchisee, Spencer Burgon, is spearheading an exciting renovation project, bringing a touch of swank and rock ‘n’ roll to both restaurants.

The Germantown location is the first to undergo a complete interior remodel, starting this Sunday and aiming to reopen for dinner service the following Friday. The Memphis location is also slated for renovations, with plans to complete the project by the first week of December 2023.

Both restaurants, originally constructed in 2017 and 2019, lacked a consistent brand identity. With Burgon’s vision, however, they are soon to be transformed into stylish dining destinations. The renovations will bring the restaurant up to corporate standards, featuring elements like crushed red velvet, new guitars, patent leather, and an overall rock ‘n’ roll vibe.

With extensive restaurant experience and a background as Vice President for Rise Southern Biscuits, Spencer Burgon has embraced the challenge of revitalizing these Rock N’ Roll Sushi locations. Despite a tight timeline, he is determined to bring a fresh dining experience to both Memphis and Germantown.
