A local wing restaurant may be expanding in Memphis.
Recent city permit filings reveal that The Crazy Coop is working on a new location at 3484 Poplar Ave. This development comes shortly after news that the chain will also debut a location inside the Hu. Hotel in Downtown Memphis.
Owner Darius Buckner launched The Crazy Coop on Stage Rd in February 2023, followed by a second “express” location on Ridgeway Rd just two months later.
The Crazy Coop’s menu boasts over 30 flavors of party, boneless, and whole wings, complemented by a variety of sandwiches, sides, dinner plates, chicken tenders, and hamburgers. The eatery also offers a lively happy hour.
Buckner has not yet responded to What Now Memphis’ request for comment, so stay tuned for updates.
