Franchisees Otis and Janie Jackson have successfully established locations in Collierville and East Memphis. Now, a new group of franchisees is preparing to open a site in Southaven, though the specific location has not yet been disclosed.
One of the franchisees, who wishes to remain anonymous, told What Now Memphis that he and his team are diligently preparing for the launch. “Getting open has been A LOT,” he wrote. “And that’s putting it mildly.”
Founded in 2013 as a food truck in Nashville by Juan and Tammy Edgerton, The Peach Cobbler Factory enjoyed eight years of remarkable success before transitioning to a franchise model with multiple brick-and-mortar locations in 2021.
In addition to its signature peach cobbler served with creamy vanilla ice cream, the eatery offers an indulgent range of cobblers and other homestyle desserts. Guests can expect a tempting selection of churro sticks, Belgian waffles, cinnamon rolls, brownies, cookies, and more at the upcoming Southaven location.
The Peach Cobbler Factory team hopes to open the eatery within the next few weeks. They told What Now Memphis that more details are coming soon, so keep an eye out for updates. In the meantime, follow the eatery’s Facebook page.
