A new Waffle House could soon be coming to Memphis at 3785 Forest Hill Irene Rd.
A major modification application was submitted to the Memphis and Shelby County Department of Planning & Development on Thursday, September 5, 2024 for a 1,913-square-foot restaurant with 31 parking spots.
The 24-hour breakfast chain recently opened a new site in Millington, with another on the way in Cordova, and already operates several locations in the Greater Memphis area.
Known for its classic American comfort food, Waffle House serves breakfast favorites like waffles, pancakes, sausage, and eggs, along with a variety of lunch, dinner, and dessert options.
