A mere three months after closing down his previous eponymous restaurant at Sheffield Antiques Mall, the local celebrity chef is due to woo diners once again later this summer.
What began as a humble homegrown food truck has since grown to five locations throughout the state and counting.
As the brand’s twelfth location, owner Geoffrey Meeker says this building will be the best yet as the company learns from every iteration that comes before.

The concept, which currently has one location in Fort Lauderdale, comes courtesy of Memphis-native turned celebrity restaurateur, Memphis Garrett.
Set to open in the soon-to-be renovated and relocated Heartbreak Hotel around this time next year, the restaurant marks a sort of homecoming for Garrett who grew up in the city.
This new location will bring the brand’s footprint in the city to five.
The eater-tainment concept – which currently operates locations in Germantown and Sioux Falls, SD – is slated to open sometime next year.
Monster Mini Golf is truly a labor of love for franchisee Jason Foucha, who’s opening the entertainment complex with his wife and parents.
The concept, which prides itself on offering a ‘purposely simple’ menu, currently operates nearly 20 locations across the east, with four peppered throughout Tennessee.
Known for its decadent cakes and savory pastries, the brand’s first outpost could open this fall pending permitting and construction.
