The franchisee is no stranger to introducing innovative concepts to Memphis. As the visionary behind Memphis’s first Nothing Bundt Cakes establishment a decade ago, Lupo revealed that she’s “eager for an opportunity to spearhead another groundbreaking franchise.”

Playa Bowls offers a diverse menu, featuring year-round favorites like cold brews and cold-pressed juices. The establishment also offers seasonal treats such as the popular pumpkin spice smoothie and Jack-o-Lantern Açaí Bowl, which is topped with a tempting blend of pumpkin butter and granola. Additionally, patrons are welcome to customize their own smoothies and bowls to create their perfect, personalized healthy dining experience.

As the state’s first Playa Bowls location takes shape, East Memphis locals won’t have to wait long to taste these appetizing offerings.

“With beach-inspired decor and vibrant tropical colors, Playa Bowls is your personal oasis,” Lupo shared. “No matter the time of year or what the weather is like outside, it always feels like paradise at Playa Bowls.”
