Staks! Kitchen is set to open its fifth outlet in the Memphis area at 5226 Airline Rd, Suite 127. The restaurant already has established locations in Germantown, East Memphis, Southaven, and most recently, Collierville, as well as a branch in Auburn, Alabama.

While the chain is owned by Brice Bailey, franchisee Nick Bolander, who also operates the Collierville branch, is leading the expansion into Arlington.

Known for its large menu, Staks! offers a diverse selection of breakfast items, including beignets, breakfast tacos and quesadillas, granola and açaí bowls, skillets, omelets, and signature “Staks,” as well as an extensive lunch and dinner menu. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are also available.

Excitingly, Bolander told What Now Memphis that all Staks! locations will shift to full table service starting in early April, including the new Arlington restaurant. This means that guests won’t have to get in line to place their orders anymore.

Staks! Kitchen Arlington is scheduled to open in early May 2024. The upcoming locale will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner services from Monday through Saturday, and will serve breakfast and lunch on Sundays.

Meanwhile, the new Collierville location recently extended its operating hours and is now open all day from Thursday through Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
