A new Mexican restaurant, Santa Ana Mexican Bar & Grill, will soon move into the former Los Jimadores site at 6220 Stage Rd in Bartlett. An opening date has not yet been announced.
While owner Rodrick Grice confirmed the development with What Now Memphis, he didn’t disclose many details. However, patrons of the new eatery can expect an array of classic Mexican-inspired fare, including tacos, enchiladas, and burritos.
Additionally, the space itself is getting a facelift, complete with an updated bar and creatively designed walls between booths to reduce cross-conversation noise.
Alderman Kevin Quinn recently highlighted the rapid transformation of the location in a Facebook post, noting that Santa Ana Mexican Bar & Grill has “the fastest turnaround of this location that I can recall since I’ve been in Bartlett.”
