The establishment is slated to open in the spring of 2024 and will find its home in Hotel Indigo at 22 N B.B. King Blvd, occupying the former site of 3rd & Court Diner and Memphis Clover Club. This restaurant will be the second Biscuits & Jams location, adding to the success of the original Bartlett Station eatery.

Biscuits & Jams promises a soulful culinary experience with a diverse menu featuring biscuits, sandwiches, salads, shrimp and grits, waffles, French toast, and more. Open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch, the restaurant is poised to become a go-to destination for those seeking a flavorful start to their day.

In a recent interview with The Commercial Appeal, Williams highlighted the strategic partnership with Hotel Indigo, emphasizing the shared commitment to delivering an exceptional breakfast experience. “The hotel wanted to partner with someone who could really do breakfast well. And that’s what we do,” she explained.

With a diverse menu, prime location, and Williams’ expertise, Biscuits & Jams is positioned for success in Downtown Memphis.
