Flava Shack Seafood Kitchen will soon open its doors at 4780 Riverdale Rd, Suite 11. A Memphis native, owner Cameron Jordan told What Now Memphis that he’s ready to return to his roots.

Jordan hopes to welcome guests by the end of this month and is currently hiring cooks, prep cooks, and cashiers for the upcoming establishment. The 1,500-square-foot space will operate as a limited-service restaurant with a few seating options for patrons.

Specializing in Cajun cuisine, Flava Shack showcases a seafood-centric menu, offering appetizers like the Kraken Quesadilla and main courses such as the Ultimate Seafood Pasta. This penne pasta dish boasts a blend of seafood and vegetables, generously coated in a creamy Alfredo sauce. The menu also features sandwiches, burgers, tacos, wings, and a variety of sides, all infused with a Cajun-inspired seafood twist.

Be sure to follow Flava Shack Seafood on Instagram and Facebook for the latest reopening day updates.
