At the helm of this bold expansion stands Flyway Brewing’s co-founder, Matt Foster, alongside Scott and Rebekah Tashie, the creative forces behind City Silo Table + Pantry. Together, with Foster’s experienced management team and the backing of City Silo’s parent company, Fresh Hospitality, they lead the charge.
