While owner Andrew Lewis confirmed this development with What Now Memphis, he didn’t offer any additional information, leaving many questions unanswered. It remains unclear why the eatery closed initially, and whether Parlay will share a space with V124—which is situated at the same address—or if it will take over the building entirely.

Although information remains scant, Parlay’s Yelp page reveals that the reopening is scheduled for next month, June 2024. Furthermore, an Instagram video from Lewis provides a glimpse into the lively atmosphere of the establishment, with footage of alcohol flowing, a DJ mixing tracks, patrons dancing, and several TVs on display.
