Rotolo’s Craft & Crust recently expanded its reach into Collierville, and now it’s gearing up for a new site in Southaven, with an anticipated opening slated for summer 2024. Speculation about the Southaven location had been circulating for a while, but it’s now official. Franchisees Blaire and Taylor Bobo have confirmed the development, solidifying the Southaven location as the third Rotolo’s in the Memphis metropolitan area.
Though specifics are currently scarce, Blaire has assured What Now Memphis that more details, including the exact location, will be shared in the coming days. This venture will mark the couple’s fifth Rotolo’s location, adding to their two others in Louisiana. Launched in May 2022, their first Memphis location quickly gained popularity, eventually paving the way for expansion into Collierville and now Southaven.
Since its inception in 1996, Rotolo’s Craft & Crust, alongside its sister restaurant Rotolo’s Pizzeria, has expanded to over thirty locations across six states. The menu boasts a variety of offerings, including Detroit-style pizzas, sharable plates, buffalo wings, burgers, pastas, salads, soups, desserts, and more. Rotolo’s also offers gluten-free crust, as well as a plethora of vegetarian and vegan options.
