Originating as a pop-up, the Vietnamese-style eatery has swiftly evolved into a permanent establishment, with its first location nestled inside the Summer Ave Rio Grande Market in Memphis.

The forthcoming Southaven site, situated at 175 Goodman Rd W, Suite A, will continue to serve its signature bánh mì sandwiches and mochi donuts.

Beyond the sandwiches and breakfast treats, Mochi & Mi offers a diverse menu featuring bánh xèo (stuffed rice pancakes), Korean-style beef barbecue, egg rolls, Vietnamese coffees, an assortment of teas, and more.

Manager Margaret Tong told What Now Memphis that the owners—her mother, Karina Pham, and stepfather, Thuy Luong—envision the Southaven locale as a welcoming and laid-back space where patrons can indulge in a variety of Vietnamese dishes.

An official opening date for the new branch is yet to be announced, so be sure to follow Mochi & Mi on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
