Teriyaki Madness is coming to 465 N Germantown Pkwy in Cordova, sharing a building with Moe’s and Lenny’s at The Pointe at Cordova shopping center.

With over 150 locations in the U.S. and additional spots in Mexico and Canada, Teriyaki Madness serves a variety of made-to-order teriyaki bowls.

The menu includes marinated and grilled options like chicken, steak, tofu, and salmon, served with a choice of rice or noodles and fresh stir-fried vegetables.

The 2,110-square-foot restaurant will accommodate up to 73 guests and include an indoor pickup station. Current renovations, totaling approximately $450,000, will enhance mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with other finishes essential for operations.

Franchisee Falguni Gangar told What Now Memphis that the Cordova eatery is expected to debut by mid to late December 2024.
