Recent permits filed with Develop901 reveal that Bora Bora Juice is coming to 3473 Poplar Ave, Suite 101, in the same plaza as Jason’s Deli.

A quick Google search shows that Bora Bora Juice is a Kuwait-based smoothie shop that has recently expanded into the U.S., with several existing locations in New York.

According to its website, Bora Bora offers a wide range of fun, health-focused fare, including juices, smoothies, energy drinks, mocktails, coffee, açaí bowls, and sandwiches. The eatery also offers milkshakes, soft drinks, crepes, pancakes, ‘croffles’ (croissant waffles), and ice cream.

Permits indicate that the 1,443-square-foot Poplar Ave location will soon undergo renovations, including the construction of a wall, with an estimated total cost of $60,000.

Restaurant owner Joe Zindani has not yet responded to multiple inquiries from What Now Memphis, so it remains unclear if the upcoming shop is affiliated with the international Bora Bora Juice franchise.

What Now Memphis has reached out to Bora Bora Juice for confirmation, so stay tuned for updates on this new addition to the local dining scene.
