The bakery has been family owned and operated since 1997. Adrian’s brother owns the two sites on Winchester Rd. and Summer Ave.

The new location in the urban neighborhood of Berclair is at the intersection of Wells Station and Grey Roads, across the street from Rincon Catracho Restaurant. The bakery is centrally located to offer the surrounding community fresh baked pastries and desserts seven days a week.

The bakery will serve a wide variety of favorites, including tres leches cake, buttercream cake, and pan dulce such as conchas, churros, cookies, fruit-filled empanadas and cuernos Danés (Danish horns). It will also be available for custom orders, from wedding cakes to birthday treats and more.
