Jambon is expected to secure approximately 6 wooded acres, with ample parking for over 500 guests, emphasizing the potential for the venue to thrive. When discussing the locale’s allure, Jambon highlighted its natural beauty: “Huge trees. It feels very secluded but really right in the middle of the city,” he told The Daily Memphian.
Mayor David Parsons shared Jambon’s excitement, underscoring the potential for Ramble On Summer to offer a one-of-a-kind experience within Bartlett.
Furthermore, Alderman Kevin Quinn confirmed that the parties reached an agreement only yesterday, with Ramble On Summer set to open by summer 2025. However, before construction can begin, several administrative steps are required, including legal subdivision and zoning approvals.
While specific details are yet to be disclosed, prospective patrons can anticipate offerings akin to those found at Loflin and Railgarten. Expect American classics like burgers, chicken tenders, nachos, sandwiches, and salads, accompanied by plenty of beverages.
Additionally, the venue aims to provide a family-friendly atmosphere with games, entertainment, and live music, leaning toward acoustic performances out of respect for nearby neighbors.
According to The Daily Memphian, Jambon is also considering the northwest corner of the property, directly on US-70 and Yale Road, for a potential coffee shop, though this project remains in the conceptual stage.
Parties involved are currently finalizing details and securing financing, so stay tuned for further updates as more information becomes available.
