Established in 2010 by Gemignani and his partners, Slice House boasts ten operational locations with a whopping 114 more in various stages of development. While two of the new units are set to open by 2025 in key trade areas, the franchise partner holds exclusive rights to expand throughout the entire state, as detailed in a company press release.

Beyond his success as a restaurateur, Gemignani is a renowned figure in the pizza world, holding titles such as eight-time World Champion Pizza Acrobat and 13-time World Pizza Champion. The pizzaiolo is even recognized in the Guinness Book of World Records for feats like spinning the largest pizza base in two minutes and creating the world’s longest pizza.

Slice House offers an Italian-inspired menu featuring a range of pizza styles, with the option to order by the slice. In addition to its signature pies, the menu includes garlic bread, wings, pasta dishes, salads, and subs. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available.

“Slice House’s newest deal in Tennessee represents a significant milestone for the national franchise as we extend our footprint to the Southeast,” Gemignani said in a press release. “While Slice House began on the West Coast, we’ve seen strong demand from franchisees as well as guests across the country. We are proud to have an experienced franchise partner on-board for the long term and look forward to offering our authentic, award-winning pizza to Tennesseans as a part of an incredible fast casual experience.”
